Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, and only for the following reasons:

• The item arrived in a condition different from what was described. Photo proof of the issue is required.
• The item was described incorrectly or did not match the stated condition, material, size, or quality.

To qualify for a refund, the item must arrive back at Vintage Jewelry Legacy in safe and original condition, as it was delivered to the customer. A full refund will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not accepted more than 24 hours after the order is placed, because orders may already be prepared for shipment by that time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
